Description

Schier Geluk is a modern and attractive house. Completely modernized and suitable for up to 10 people and an extra baby.

Layout
The spacious house has 3 floors and is completely new inside. Tiled floors with underfloor heating on all floors, 3 new bathrooms, new kitchen and extra kitchenette in the living room. The entire interior of Schier Geluk is modern and comfortable.

Ground floor
Entrance/hall, cloakroom with separate toilet. A fully equipped, cozy kitchen with an induction hob, a large wok burner and separate baking tray, as well as a separate oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is adjacent to a large terrace with dining table and sitting area.
Three bedrooms, each with two single beds, one with a private bathroom with rain shower and toilet. In addition, a separate bathroom with rain shower and sink.

1st floor
Spacious and bright living room of approximately 70m2 (!) with a cozy sitting area with generous seating and lounge sofas, large 55-inch TV (including Eredivisie Live), Sonos music system, a large dining table, a kitchenette with 2nd refrigerator and 2nd dishwasher, Nespresso / coffee maker and kettle, as well as a balcony with seating. The view towards the North Sea is fantastic.

Basement
Large bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with sauna, bath, rain shower and sink.
Separate sitting area with second TV, games for young and old, books and magazines and a large comfortable bunk bed (bottom 2, top 1 person). A separate room with washing machine and dryer. The basement is not only accessible through the house, but also through its own outside entrance.

Outside
At the rear is an extra terrace with, among other things, a covered lounge area. The house is free with a lot of privacy, with a large enclosed garden all around and has a fantastic view.

Holiday villa Schier Geluk is a great place to be in both summer and winter! If you want to enjoy a holiday week or weekend on the beautiful Schiermonnikoog with your (grand)children, friends or family, then Schier Geluk will exceed your expectations.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, prima ruhige Lage, sehr empfehlenswert.

Super Unterkunft, gute Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer, Übernahme problemlos, alles wie abgesprochen - sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Een prima verblijf.

Het huis was schoon, de locatie was prima. Heel fijn dat er twee keukens en twee vaatwassers zijn. Er is ruim serviesgoed. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de huiskamer boven. Je kan zelfs de vuurtoren zien. Mijn kleinzonen hebben heerlijk gespeeld met de kar buiten. Het is echt een aanrader.

Bedankt voor jullie hoge beoordeling! Onze uitcheck tijd kunnen we ivm de schoonmaak onmogelijk verruimen. Omdat we zo'n groot huis hebben met meerdere badkamers en sauna hebben we alle tijd nodig om het huis weer schoon en hygiënisch op te leveren voor de nieuwe gasten. Nogmaals bedankt voor jullie komst en graag tot ziens!

Bij mooi en minder mooi weer is dit vakantiehuis een absolute aanrader.

Een vakantiehuis dat werkelijk alles mee heeft. Niet alleen de plek (boven op een duin, stil en toch vlakbij het dorp) maar ook de ruimte in en om het huis (waarbij je met z'n allen makkelijk bij elkaar kunt zitten maar ook allemaal apart) en niet te vergeten de inrichting (met degelijke en zeer comfortabele banken en stoelen, met goede bedden, een royaal uitgevallen tv, veel zenders maar ook netflix en een goed uitgeruste keuken).

The house, Schier Geluk aan Zandpad 2, is uniquely situated on a dune, on the edge of the village. The open air swimming pool, tennis courts and the center of the village (with its shops and restaurants) are a short walk away. A bicycle rental is just around the corner.

Specialties

A unique house for a relaxed stay with a group or large family. There is a lot of privacy around the house. You can be together inside, but because of the different areas, kitchen, living room, balcony, terraces, bedrooms and bathrooms, you can always find your own place.
A sauna heated with lava stones can be found in the basement. Wonderfully relaxing after a long walk on the beach. Ultimate enjoyment!

Dogs/pets are not allowed. No smoking (inside) either.

The rental prices are exclusive of mandatory bed linen and bath & kitchen linen, final cleaning and tourist tax.
