Description

Schier Geluk is a modern and attractive house. Recently completely modernized and suitable for up to 10 people and a baby.

Layout
The spacious house has 3 floors and is completely new inside. Tiled floors with underfloor heating on all floors, 3 new bathrooms, new kitchen and extra kitchenette in the living room. The entire interior of Schier Geluk is modern and comfortable.

Ground floor
Entrance / hall, wardrobe with separate toilet. A fully equipped, cozy kitchen with an induction hob, a large wok burner and separate baking tray, as well as a separate oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is adjacent to a large terrace with dining table and seating.
Three bedrooms, each with two single beds, one with its own bathroom with rain shower and toilet. In addition, a separate bathroom with rain shower and sink.

1st Floor
Spacious and bright living room of approximately 70m2 (!) With a cozy sitting area with generous seating and lounge sofas, large 55-inch TV (including Eredivisie Live), Sonos music system, a large dining table, a kitchenette with extra fridge, Nespresso/coffee maker and kettle , as well as a balcony with seating. The view towards the North Sea is fantastic.

Basement
Large bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with sauna, bath, rain shower and sink. Separate sitting area with second TV, games for young and old, books and magazines and a sofa bed (for 1 or 2 persons). A separate room with washing machine and dryer. The basement is not only accessible through the house, but also via its own outside entrance.

Outside
At the rear is an extra terrace including a covered area. The house is detached with a lot of privacy, with a large enclosed garden around and has a fantastic view.

Bij mooi en minder mooi weer is dit vakantiehuis een absolute aanrader.

Een vakantiehuis dat werkelijk alles mee heeft. Niet alleen de plek (boven op een duin, stil en toch vlakbij het dorp) maar ook de ruimte in en om het huis (waarbij je met z'n allen makkelijk bij elkaar kunt zitten maar ook allemaal apart) en niet te vergeten de inrichting (met degelijke en zeer comfortabele banken en stoelen, met goede bedden, een royaal uitgevallen tv, veel zenders maar ook netflix en een goed uitgeruste keuken).

Schierplezier

Over de inrichting van dit huis is zeer goed nagedacht: een woonkamer waarin je je direct thuisvoelt, een zeer ruim geoutilleerde keuken, prima buitenruimte en grote slaapkamers met met bad- en doucheruimte dichtbij. En details die het verblijf zeer aangenaam maken: sonos, smart-tv, koelkast wnkmr.

Achter de misschien minder mooie kozijnen een heerlijk ruime perfect ingerichte woonkamer op de beste locatie. Wel ambitieus met 10 personen..

Het was met 4 personen al niet echt ruim in de keuken.

Geachte gast, Hartelijk bedankt voor jullie beoordeling! Wat beftreft jullie opmerking over de keuken: We hebben een zeer groot huis, er is er veel plek (en privacy) voor alle gasten. De woonkeuken kan aan de krappe kant zijn voor 10 personen. De grote en gezellige eettafels in de woonkamer en op het terras compenseren dit volgens ons ruimschoots. Nogmaals bedankt voor de feedback en graag tot ziens!

Auch wenn das Wetter schlecht sein sollte, mit dieser Unterkunft wird der Urlaub trotzdem schön.

Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder reichlich Platz. Große Tische, Sitzplätze für jede Witterung, drinnen wie draußen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - toll ausgestattete Küche.

A unique house to stay in a relaxed way with a group or large family.
There is a lot of privacy around the house.
Inside you can be together, but because of the different rooms, kitchen, living room, balcony, terraces, bedrooms and bathrooms, there is always a place of your own.
You will find a sauna heated with lava stones in the basement.
Wonderfully relaxing after a long walk on the beach.
Ultimate enjoyment!

The rental prices are exclusive of compulsory bed linen and bath & kitchen linen, final cleaning and tourist tax.
