Description

The Winterkoning house is a detached house with a thatched roof. It is a cozy and comfortable yet simple home for up to 4 people.

On the ground floor you will find the living/dining room with a view of the lighthouse and two sun terraces on the south and west.
There is a toilet and shower and a kitchen equipped with everything you need, from rolling pin to toaster. A dishwasher and washing machine.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with washbins. One room has a 160 x 200 double bed, the other room has two single beds.

The house has central heating and will be comfortably warm within minutes. A stay in the Winterkoning is therefore also cozy and comfortable in winter. At this time of year you can enjoy a soothing rest. At any time of the year you can watch the birds such as the wren in the rosehip bushes and the pheasants that visit the terrace.

In addition to internet, there is also TV, a stereo and DVD player.
There is a bathtub for babies and a cot without a mattress (60 x 120 cm). There is a swing in the garden for the children.

Ein Haus der Ruhe in toller Lage.

Das Ferienhaus Winterkoning besticht durch seine fantastische Lage in absoluter Ruhe und toller Gartenaussicht. Auch die Einrichtung und Aufteilung der Räume ist sehr wohlfühlen. Gerade im Winter ist Schiermonnikoog und das Haus Winterkoning der ideale Ort zum entschleunigen und Zeit für sich-zu zweit, in einer tollen Naturlandschaft, zu finden. Es gibt einfach nur positives zu berichten. Wir kommen im Mai 2024 wieder. G. Hohlmann & R. Mothes

Heerlijk huisje op een geweldige plek.

Met uitzicht op de rode vuurtoren ontbijten, vlakbij alle mooie plekken van het prachtige eiland. Dagelijks bezoek van de fazant. Koken in een zeer complete keuken. Goed te verwarmen. Geen anoniem huisje, maar een plek, die ook door de eigenaar zelf wordt gebruikt. Daardoor zeer sfeervol, compleet en handig ingericht. Vriendelijke reactie van de verhuurder toen we per ongeluk iets stuk hadden gemaakt.

Wunderschön & gut durchdacht

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage am Leuchtturm, nicht weit vom Strand und dem Ort entfernt. Noch nie haben wir eine so super ausgestattet Küche in einer Ferienwohnung gehabt - und wir waren schon viel unterwegs. Das Haus bietet alles und ist super praktisch und dazu gemütlich eingerichtet. Wirklich an dieser Stelle ein großes Lob an den Vermieter. Natürlich wäre es trotzdem schön als Familie, wenn es preiswerter wäre, daher hier eine nicht so hohe Wertung.

gemütliches, kleines Häuschen in den Dünen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen gut geeignet mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Perfekte ruhige Lage mit 300 m bis zum Leuchtturm. Gerne ein andermal wieder.

Liebe Frau Hühner, es tut mir leid, dass die Sauberkeit im Haus zu wünschen übrig ließ. Ich werde mich mit der Reinigungskraft in Verbindung setzen; danke für den Hinweis! Leider ist es für mich schwierig, von Berlin aus die Arbeiten am Haus immerzu zu kontrollieren. Von daher sind Bemerkungen der Gäste zum Aufenthalt hilfreich für mich.
