Holiday home De Witte Bezem is located on Klein Zwitserland, in the dunes of Schiermonnikoog. It sits directly behind a high dune and overlooks the surrounding dunes on three sides. Its sheltered location provides plenty of privacy and a true island feel.
The terrace and garden face south. Thanks to this sheltered location, you can sometimes sit comfortably on the terrace in sunny weather as early as February. The garden is surrounded by greenery and feels natural and vibrant. Rabbits and pheasants regularly wander by, and other birds are often seen here. Swallows sometimes nest under the roof. At the back of the garden is a large, rustling poplar, providing pleasant shade on warm days.
From the garden, you can walk straight into the dunes. A walk to the lighthouse, a trip to the Westerstrand beach for a beautiful sunset, or a visit to the birdwatching huts at the Westerplas are all within easy reach. For daily shopping, you can cycle to the supermarket in about four minutes. The wide Noorderstrand beach is about a nine-minute bike ride away.

- For new guests, we appreciate a preliminary phone call. You can request a booking through the Tourist Information Office website. After your request, we will contact you, after which the Tourist Information Office can confirm the booking.
- You must bring your own sheets and towels or rent them from the linen rental company on the island.
- We ask that you leave the cottage clean and tidy before departure.
- Pets are not permitted in the cottage.
