De Duinhoeve is located on the east side of the island. By bike you are within 5 minutes in the middle of the village and within 10 minutes on the beach. You can also walk into the woods from the yard within a few minutes.

At Duinhoeve you really stay on a working farm. The power for your tent? That comes mostly from the sun, thanks to the many solar panels on the cowshed the farm is largely self-sufficient.
But at least as much fun: you can take a look in the barn yourself! Farmer Peter and Farmer Marijon are happy to show you how the milking robot works, and if a calf needs to be bottle-fed, you can just help out. A unique opportunity for young and old to experience farm life up close.
