Important info
The tourist tax is not included in the rent. Energy costs are read remotely by the owner and settled with the tenant (except in the months of June to September).
You can have the cleaning done yourself or for a fee. If you do the cleaning yourself, the check-out time is 1:30 PM. If you choose to have it cleaned by external parties, your check-out time is 10:00 am.
Linen (sheets and towels) and tourist tax are not included in the rental price. You can bring your own linen or rent it in advance (at www.schierlinnen.nl or www.linnenverhuurschiermonnikoog.nl).
When booking a deposit is requested, which is returned after the rental period in case of normal tenant behavior.
