The house is on the eastern edge of the village. There is an unobstructed view over the meadow. In just a few minutes' walk you reach the village center with numerous cozy cafes, restaurants and shops.
If you leave the village, you are quickly in the National Park. The recreation area De Berkenplas, the public swimming pool, the petting zoo (with playground) and the riding stable are very close.

Linen (sheets and towels) is not included in the rental price. You can bring your own linen or rent it in advance (at www.schierlinnen.nl or www.linnenverhuurschiermonnikoog.nl).
In the lockable outbuilding you will find: a washing machine (to be used via a coin-operated machine), centrifuge, sink, grill, high-quality garden chairs including supports, hand carts, tricycles, baby swings and various toys.
