Description

The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with a utility room and a bright living room, furnished with several comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a smart TV. Underfloor heating throughout the house makes it a pleasant place to stay in any season.

The spacious, luxurious kitchen is fully equipped and features a cooking island, providing ample work and living space. A washing machine is also provided, and the villa has excellent Wi-Fi.

Several terraces surround the house, some of which are covered. This allows you to choose a sunny or sheltered spot at different times of the day.

Upper Floor
The upper floor comprises three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and access to a roof terrace.

The other two bedrooms each have two single beds. The second bathroom, with a shower and sink, is located between these rooms. There's also a separate second toilet on the upper floor.

One of the bedrooms can also accommodate a cot.
